持续性静力牵张法改善运动员肌肉力量和技术质量的研究
摘要:为了探讨散打运动员有效的拉伸练习方法,通过对20名散打运动员进行拉伸练习的比较实验研究,分析散打运动员进行持续性静力牵张后,其对肌肉力量和技术质量的影响,受试着在进行热身活动时,分别作持续性静力牵张和热身操热身。并测试相关指标。结果表明持续性静力牵张练习能更有效改善散打运动员的肌肉力量和技术质量。 关键词:持续性静力牵张;散打运动员;肌肉力量;技术质量 中图分类号:G804.64 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1007-3612(2007)07-0928-03 Application Research on Improving Sanda Players’ Muscle Force and Technique Quality by Adopting Persistence Static Draught and Stretching TONG Hai (P.E. Department,Chang’an University,Xi’an 710061,Shaanxi,China) Abstract:In order to explore effective stretching exercises for Sanda players,this study conducted a comparative experiment research on the persistence static draught and stretching among 20 Sanda players. The athletes were asked to conduct two different kinds of exercises (treadmill running and persistence static draught and stretching) during the warming up exercises and we tested the relative indexes. The results of this study indicated that persistence static draught and stretching was more effective for improving the Sanda players’ muscle force and technique quality. Key words: persistence static draught and stretching; Sanda player; muscle force; technique quality 散打是在20世纪80年代新兴的集技击术、战术、身体素质、心理品质与对抗为一体的武术竞技运动[1],对人体等各部分肌肉,韧带的伸展性和弹性要求很高,它涉及散打运动员的成绩好坏以及今后的发展方向。尤其在新规则出现后对肌肉力量有了更高的要求[1]。本研究选取散打运动员为实验对象,检验持续性静力牵张对散打运动员肌肉力量和技术质量的影响以期为散打运动员的的科学训练提供理论依据和实践指南,而持续性静力牵张亦有可能投入到更广泛人群的训练健身当中。 1研究对象与方法 1.1研究对象 本文以西安体育学院竞技体校20名近期没有腿伤、膝伤和踝伤的散打运动员为研究对象,被试者的基本情况,见表1。 |
